Steve Caradoc-Davies is the founder and driver behind Caradoc Consulting.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Steve commenced his real estate career at the age of 19. 

Steve has worked across a range of roles within a real estate business over the past 35 years - administration, property management, sales, management, business owner and principal, and CEO of an international real estate franchise.

Having taken his real estate business to the number 1 office in his South African franchise for 6 consecutive years, Steve was head-hunted to lead a global real estate franchise as the International CEO, based out of Brisbane, Australia.

Navigating the group the a global pandemic, working with his executive team to bring about key strategic change in the group, and delivering the groups most successful years, have all been part of Steve's real estate journey.

Now based in Noosa, Queensland, Steve consults to select real estate and business leaders.  He also remains active in the strategic direction of his South African real estate offices, which he still co-owns, and which are again the #1 Offices in his franchise group.

Steve thrives on helping others achieve success, and uses his vast real estate and business experience to help others achieve their personal goals.
